Mpendulo from Ikhokha resolved my query to satisfaction, great service and was also patient with me
Mpendulo from Ikhokha resolved my query to satisfaction, great service and was also patient with me. There were email exchanges between our call and he held the phone to confirm receipt, only after escalating the emails on his side, explaining to me as to what to expect and ensuring I understood everything, only then we ended the call and I was satisfied.
