Most of the time i phone i get a great service....the only problem is the lady(Thando) who actually sold me the machine she mentioned to me at the beginning that everytime i have a problem with the machine she will be there to help but ever since the machine got delivered she ignores my calls and whatsapp but otherwise the guys i normally phone they are great...thanks to Rinolan Ramiah to handle this isue i have now with the machine.
