I had been struggling to get my Ikhokha account FICAd and activated, staff not responding or giving me insufficient information. However today, I was assisted by Melissa Marnier. She was highly efficient, professional m, prompt to respond and courteous. After weeks of dealing with a number of employees and several phone calls, she solved what they seemingly didn't care much about in just 1 afternoon.
