Melissa at Ikhokha is a Star!
An amazing individual by the name of Melissa Marnies assisted me within a day! I had been waiting for almost 3 weeks for a response since the completion of my profile to have any sort of feedback from the consultants at Ikhokha. Finally I received an email from Melissa and she helped me within the day. The other consultants at Ikhokha definitely need to learn a few things from her about customer service and delivery.
