I had some issues with my funds taking to long to come through this week but when I called Rinolan Ramiah to assist this young man was really awesome in the manner he treated his me as a new customer. He listened carefully and shared his Wattsap number with me, received my important documents and escalated it to higher authorities. I admired his updates and feedback which is highly commendable in the light of customer service. Welldone to him. Today my issues were sorted out by Rinolan and his senior Nigel Reddy 😊🙏👌👍
