Luciano was great help and he was very patient and friendly, he struggled to get hold of me at the time when I'm not busy because I'm normally busy helping my customers the whole day but he kept trying till he got hold of me at the rite time

Luciano was great help and he was very patient and friendly, he struggled to get hold of me at the time when I'm not busy because I'm normally busy helping my customers the whole day but he kept trying till he got hold of me at the rite time. When we started my machine was not charged so he couldnt do anything and he promised to call again and he did but this time i struggled with the network, he promised to call again and he did. The process took forever because of my network but we eventually got it rite. I loved his service and I'd definitely recommend Ikhokha to other people. Thank you
