Lousy tech support
I have been with IKhokha for many years. And in all that time their customer service has been appalling. Thankfully I do not experience issues too often, but when I do it becomes a major issue to get it sorted. Lack of interest and or training from their support staff appears to be the problem from what I can see, but they really do not make ANY effort to assist when you experience issues. I am having to go direct to their offices to resolve my issue, really ****py tech support IKHOKHA!
