Less guideline provided to sales team or channels
False advertising and sales without training and guidelines. I bought an ikhokha machine from builders for over 3 weeks and there was no proper induction from the builders sales team and after, after ive bought it iwas then told my business is in valid to be having a speed point the i was declined after sale doesn't make sense i then took the machine back to builder of which i had to hustle to get my money back.
