Late cashouts and not Helpfull

I have been using thier card machines since 2019 and 2 weeks ago they stopped cashing out my money and asked me to look for about 3 clients who had transacted large amounts that day and take pictures of their bank cards. it is not only ridiculous to ask a client that i want to take a picture of your bank card and send to Ikhoka and i need your ID copy or Passport as well...in the eyes of my clients im the guy who is trying to **** them and Ikhokha is holding over R80000 yet my business is still small. i have tried calling they said the department handling my issue does not take calls. I have been sending emails and no one is responding...I do not trust these guys anymore. They asked me to do some crazy things that will chase away my clients and they kept my money for over 2 weeks tying to kill my business. I have send a request to Yoco maybe they behave better than Ihkohka. If you are starting a business I highly recomment that you stay away from Ikhokha because they will hold your money indefinate and it will cripple your business. They do not respond to emails or take calls and they clain to do this to protect us. customer care is very poor.
