Lack of response

Contemplating getting a card machine from iKhokha, I requested three days ago a call back on their website, however after 3 days I am still waiting for the call. I however still decided to order a card machine and registered my profile on their website, however I am unable to login and access my profile. I was also unable to track my order from their confirmation email. Today I received a sms with a delivery address from the courier company, however the delivery address differs from the requested delivery address, Early this morning at 08:20 I sent an e-mail to *** requesting for assistance and clarification re the above issues, but at 14:45 I still have not had a response. Surely this is not the kind of service I was expecting from iKhokha and makes me wonder if Yoco should not have been a better option?
