Knowledgeable, Intuitive Service - Beyond Compare!

My most recent interaction along my Ikhokha service journey was nothing short of amazing. As South Africans have become somewhat immuned to poor service, having had the pleasure of dealing with a well rounded, knowledgeable consultant such as Lushen Pillay - was an incredible breath of fresh air. Lushen was intuitive and deliberate about his customer service. He aimed to delight and that is exactly how he promptly resolved my query. If the service from all Ikhokha consultants are even half as good as Lushen's service, i believe that this is one South African brand that has definitely got it right! Well done Ikhokha team
