I see bad reviews about Ikhokha so I was concerned, I had to get a second card machine so I went back to Ikhokha and ordered. I never experienced any problems with the purchase and set up of our first machine. Now the second one, we bought direct from Ikhokha and the updates we got were excellent and the info was 100% correct even up.to the date it was to be delivered. Then the connection call had to be done so I was expecting problems, well I was so wrong with my expectations as I contacted the the required number and spoke with Kershia Govender and her service to me was out of this world, not only did she help me to ensure everything was correct but she also advised me how to add staff members so both machines could be used at the same time. My experience was very satisfying and Kershia knowledge is excellent. I will give Kershia 200 out of 100 for how she assisted me. Thank you so much Kershia Govender for helping the way you did and Thank you to Ikhokha for employing such a fantastic and knowledgeable employee as Kershia, she is a major assist to your company
