Thank-you Yastil Rugunanan for your awesome service today. I purchased an ikhokha Shaker Solo machine which only lasted five months and i didn't get much help from customer support.. However, the reason i have given ikhokha four stars is because here we are 11 months later and after talking to Yastil Rugunanan who deserves 5 stars for his customer support, ikhokha replaced the machine without any gripes.
