Incredible Service

Dear Ikhokha

I would like to thank you for the incredible service that I have received since dealing with your company. There are two of your representatives who I would like to mention in particular, who have gone the extra mile in assisting me.

Their names are Grant Smith who is the Regional Sales Manager, and Denver Maistry who is part of the Ikhokha Support Team.

Since the beginning they have always taken my call, or if they can't make the effort to let me know that they are busy and will get back to me within the hour they always do.

The level of service that I have received from these two gentleman after almost two months has been consistent, courteous, timely and always with an attitude of how can I help you.

They are both indeed a credit to your company.
