I'm not happy with Referral program for Ikhokha for paying client R199
I'm not happy with Referral program for Ikhokha for paying client R199.00 ! I've referred two clients to Ikhokha and first client got his machine on the 5th August and second customer got her machine on the 16 August 2023 . They've told me that I'll be paid after 30 Days of delivery to determine if clients don't return the machine. Ikhokha sales team has been ignoring my chats on WhatsApp as well on email. I won't published Sales Team name but she knows herself who was helping me to get clients onboard . I've asked her when is the 30 days ending she didn't rep**** to me even today. The service I have received is not good. I need my referral money when will they pay me ?

We recommend customer's to Ikhokha but we receive the worst from the Sales Team .
I'll be happy if I get paid for my first client since second client is due on Tuesday next week.
My clients are using your services and they are happy with the new product being launched .
