IKHOKHA WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

I am so disappointed in Ikhokha. I had issues with the VEND platform that PAY@ declines the opening of the account after this was working many months with the same account number. I spoke to 3 agents during that day and everytime it was said we will call you back, they just need to find out if there is issues and like always and a old trick of Ikhokha, THEY DONT CALL BACK. So I sent an email again to support on Friday and guess what I get an email with a ticket number and still no call back and still no email back.

Now I have lost this customer because of Ikhokha's negligent, this SP is suppose to make your life easier not chase your customers away.

I previously spoke to a manager with a different issue and I was told they are aware of the difficult service and Ikhokha is working on it to jack up. Guess what also a lie.

Think twice before choosing Ikhokha rather go with someone like YOCO, heard their service is excellent.
