Ikhokha (worst service provider)
<div>This company is worst in 3 decades that I have been a customer. I've worked as customer servant and I know what I'm talking about. Not only they don't contact customers but when you contact them you get no response. A week ago I got hold of *****. In the beginning it seemed that I will be helped after I praise him he fell in the company umbrella of disappointing lack of service. Right now he is not responding to my messages. I'm at the point where I don't know what's happening and I have used more money calling than I have paid for their product. This is nonsense service.</div>

I have been asking for management for over a month now and no one from management team has the audacity to contact me. Ikhokha management anticipate to hear that the problem is solved that they know **** about.
Ikhokha has no system in place and no order to follow on any query. You talk to someone who has no idea/recollection or any record everyday. Thus working individuals like Senzo Ncqobo get grief and not recognised for their efforts while the company is nonsense. So when and individual is doing his job in a team that's not bringing their part to the table it's like pouring a cup of water into an ocean, it has no significance. I anticipate management to sort out thier nonsense and give me a call.
