Ikhokha works in silos

Fica documents sent prior to receiving the machine, received the machine and activated it. Awhile month passed money not recieved into my account from ikhokha. When I called to ask why, apparently fica is still in the process.i had 4 courtesy calls, none of the agents told me I would not recieve my funds. Very disturbed. How do you expect businesses to survive if you keep their money.
