iKhokha withholding payments causing financial distress to family business

We run a local family business and have been doing business on an iKhokha payment machine for a couple of months, but this month iKhokha decided that it is a good idea for all our payments to stop paying out! Upon investigating the matter, we realized that iKhokha has stopped all payments from 18May, due to what they call a a suspect transaction, which is nonsense to begin with! We were only notified of the apparent suspect transaction on 26 May, which was done on 18 May already! When we contacted the client who paid the 'suspect transaction', he was in as much shock as we were as the money was deducted already on the 18th of May from his account. This has now resulted in all payments, from 18 May up until 31 May, to be withheld, causing our business cash flow harm! We need to pay salaries, we support 12 local families and these people will now not get paid due to some unfounded reason from iKhokha. We have already sent all the relevant documents and supporting proof to iKhokha, and now apparently need to play the waiting game. Wait for what, until our business cannot operate anymore due to cash flow constraints??

Please contact us on ***7 to address soonest!!!!!!
