I had a problem with my Ikhokha device and phoned the support line for help.

The first two phone calls I waited over 15 minutes for an operator to assist me and no one answered

My third attempt (another very long wait) the operator picked up the phone, I could hear laughing in the background and the operator just hung up the phone.

Luckily in my fourth attempt I FINALLY got through to a very nice operator by the name of Nehkeshni Maistry who was very helpful and had such a speedy response via email. She deserves 10 starts and a bonus and if she had answered the first time I called, the company Ikhokha would have received a 5 star rating from me.
