Ikhokha Staff unreliable
Worst possible service. Staff not reliable. You cannot complain about the service the ceo's office is never available. I cannot recommend Ikhokha their association with Ram's Hand to Hand Couriers makes Their service terrible. Ram's makes appointments but never show and then say the address is wrong. Ram's don't call to get directions or cancel appointment they just don't show up. Ram's staff is ****** and the worst to deal with. I have asked Ikhokha to cancel my terminal because of their terrible service and no reply or response.

21 Oct 2020, 14:17Hi Sash, Please cancel my order and refund me. I received an sms for delivery by Rams Hand to Hand Couriers at 08:41 and therefor waited all day for them to arrive. Their office phoned me 13:08 to say the delivery driver is about 20 minutes away from me. I cannot and will not set out another day for Rams and they don't deliver. I earn money when I work not when I sit at home waiting for my terminal to arrive that never does.
