Absolutely shocking!!! ordered a machine online and proceeded with the setup, Fica apparently not accepting my documents (conveniently) first time EVER i may add!! I have now transacted twice with the machine and my other documents are now being queried by FICA... what utter nonsense!! FICA has never queried my docs when buying properties or vehicles!!! too convenient to hold on to our money and pocket the interest if you ask me!! - submitted docs on the 3rd of AUGUST no feedback saying there was an issue till i phoned querying transactions !!
too much effort! stay away!
