iKhoKha problems solved.
I registered with iKohokha mid-March 2025. Sad to say I didn't get good service at all, sending numerous emails and making phone calls over the past 3 months to iKhokha to get my iKhokha debit card and Flyer card machine.
Yesterday I spoke with Chris (Christopher Morgan) out of total frustration regarding my problems and he immediately started making calls to the relevant people in iKhokha, and thanks to his prompt assistance, I spoke with Vivian Chetty who called me this morning and who sorted out both my debit card issue as well as my Flyer card machines. Both men were incredibly professional and apologetic for the frustrations caused and my debit card and Flyer card machines will be here on Friday!! Thank you gentlemen for excellent service.
