Ikhokha POS system sucks

This is a new age. We are talking 4th industrial revolution. Things are moving so fast in the right progressive way that it becomes quite disheartening to find businesses still struggling with a simple task as "good customer service". I am talking about the Ikhokha POS system that i have bought for 3 weeks straight and i have still not used it to make sales in my business. Why? Because they have horrible customer service. I bought the machine from Game and did not get any help to set it up or operate it. I really regret buying this machine as i have lost a lot of business because i cannot offer a POS system. So my advise to businesses out there stay away from the Ikhokha POS system or you will sorely regret it.
