Ikhokha - Poor Service and a waste of money

I bought a machine on the 3rd Sept 2020 - The top of the range machine that cost me R3249 on takealot. I received this device quickly from Takealot however my experience with Ikhokha has been poor and thus ill never recommend them to anyone as this was the the worse buy i have ever done. It took over 2 weeks to register and then once registered my device is still not processing cash to my account? i swiped a test on the 17th and 21st Sept yet today is the 3rd and i have not received those funds into my account yet? When i try deal with my agent - either my emails are ignored and he takes years to reply. Im currently 100% FICA according to the website thus i dont get why my funds arent being released into my account? So all in all Ikhokha is a waste of time and money as i bought a YOCO device - received in 2 days, FICA within an hour and working in my business for over 2 weeks now with no issues
