Ikhokha pathetic service

Beginning of the month..machine gives error message..system error invalid keys..I contacted Ikhokha on the online chat and communicated with assistant named Mandisa.For the most part I was talking to myself..she said they will deliver in 3 days which I found to be unacceptable as most of my business is via card. When I asked for her superiors details she went into mute mode it seems and finally after threatening to post a review she came back only to say 3-5days..we’ll all I can say is that We are at there mercy as we signed up with them.I mentioned same day courier she said nothing..how do u operate a business with such pathetic service knowing your clients are dependent on you..we’ll all I can say is the service is absolutely pathetic..we hol quite a few machines with Ikhokha but unfortunately will have to look at other providers going forward
