Ikhokha - NOT YOUR FRIEND IN BUSINESS
Anyone even thinking to buy this machine, I am begging you to listen to me. I am a fairly small business and therefore need my funds to buy stock. (I sell gas appliances.) I took in over R20 000 on the weekend, and what does Ikhokha pay me today? R8 000. Over Easter I waited for over six days for my money. It is easier to ask your client to do an immediate eft. Ikhokha is NOT your friend in business. They are only in business for themselves. I tried speaking to the GM before, but obviously he does not speak to the customers who are mere peasants. It is my biggest regret to have been swayed to buy this machine. I was promised that I would get my money within 24 hours. This is patently untrue. Furthermore, the machine that I paid R2000 for two years ago, is now proudly on sale for R499. They say you save R1 800. 00. So exactly how much were we, the peasants, being ********** by?

You were settled this morning for the transactions you did on Sunday and the amount should reflect in your bank account later on today. Please note that settlements are done on business days only and not on Sundays and public holidays.

You or the bank? I absolutely regret buying this machine. I should have looked at other options because I was NOT informed that you do not work on public holidays. EFT's go through within 24 hours regardless of public holidays or not. Now I wait until about 3pm before I can buy stock. It is beyond frustrating. Why is your company not able to capture the payments made on Saturday and Sunday in one sitting?
