IKhokha mallfunctioning machines
Very poor service, machines not working, one arrived without a simcard , the other screen turnsd white when trying to do a transaction. iKhokha ignoresd me flatout. You can not contact any senior staff. they never know what is going on with your complaint. will get back to you but never do. STAY AWAY, YOU ONLY WILL HAVE TROUBLE WITH THEM.

24 Oct 2019, 11:18Okay, iKhokha gave the wrong contact number and person for collection and delivery, keep on calling a person in Kimberley for a delivery in Rustenburg, still Ashton does not call me to sort there mess out, Ashton is apparently a senior something.
