Ikhokha machines lasts less than 2 years
Ikhokha machines are not ideal for long term use. Recently, my Ikhokha Shaker card machine could not function without being on charge all the time and it finally gave up on me when it gave a "invalid key" error. Bare in mind that we only use the card machine during big events so we would use the card machine 3 or 4 times a year. We contacted the customer support team and we were advised to buy a new machine. We only had the machine for 1 year and 10 months. It is ridiculous that I have to buy a brand new card machine every 2 years and is not a viable long term plan for our business.

09 Oct 2024, 16:51Hi Jessica. Thank you for reaching out. We understand your frustration, and we are sorry for the issues with your iKhokha Shaker card machine. Our machines are built to last, but their lifespan can depend on usage. The “invalid key” error is a security tamper code, which may happen for various reasons. Some issues can’t be repaired due to the components involved, so replacements are often recommended. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recognize the expense involved.
