Ikhokha machine errors

I bought ikhokha the machine last year April and today when I switch it on if found the error stating Invalid keys and when I call they say I have to buy a new one cause the warranty has lapsed. I think ikhokha is taking advantage of consumers. Does this mean we have to buy a new machine every year due to this😠
