Ikhokha has become useless
I bought into Ikhokha in the beginning when they were young, and have admit that they were great in every way, but today I had a situation that has wiped out any faith in the company, and have told them as much per email(no response of course). A simple matter of R55 airtime load that did not work(for whatever reason) that could not be resolved after a number of emails and tests all has gone quiet no response. I am a market trader and we start up on Saturday again. Will go to Yoco and and Ikhokha will loose my patronage together with all my associates I have recommended over the years. I cannot accept a R55 transaction could not be resolved.
