Ikhokha growing too fast.Forgetting to value there service and clients with empty promises

I have purchased 2 new machines and they can't seem to sort out my statements to be sent to me so I can balance my last month's sales. It's not a serious issue so I'm confused whether is just neglect for customer service or lazyyness on behalf of the staff or is this a review of what's Gona eventually happen with this company and after we purchase the service we will be stuck with bad service and unprofessional south African company like so many others that promise u all but eventually deliver lies
