iKhokha don't work

We brought a card machine from iKhokha. It was excellent service and the delivered. After a month the machine start going dead while process a transaction. I phone and phoned. They ask me to take a video of the machine while he do that. I said I work throw my phone to operated the machine. I don't have a phone to take a video. And what are you going to see. Machine went dead. I did make 'n video at end with customers phone. Some one who want a machine for free can contact me. I never want to do business with iKhokha again.
