ikhokha Disappoints Consistenly!
iKhokha is highly highly disappointing. I purchased their Solo shaker Speed point in December. I had intended to give it a try since a friend and I had spoke about either giving iKhokha or Yoco a chance. The speed point had ongoing network issues for the longest time resulting in my food businesa losing a lot of revenue. I was forced to only accept cash paying clients since card payments were not going through for the majority of the time on the 26th of December at the Durban Jazz Festival. It was so so embarassing. An international broadcasting Crew, From one of the Dstv channels wanted to Film an interview My stall and purchase from my business to showcase the food and service we had on the day. I painfully had to turn down their gesture after i open whispered to him that we are struggling with our card machime can he purchase next door if he has no cash. The journalist/presenter did so, and watched the business next to mine get the exposure I had just missed out on.
The same fate happened on the Woze Durban Picnic in greyville😔, some will ask. Why didnt you change the card machine after the December 26 experience. Well we all came to the assumption that, the machine possibly had signal issues bacause Hazelmere Dam is in isolated site.
Durban greyville seemed like its as urban as it can be, to my disappointment. We lost A lot of card payments too. I had to Drive for about 60kms to go fetch a pocket router from a friend and that was at around 6pm and the event was endinf at 10pm. We missed out on sales from morning till 6pm.
I then went through the terms and conditions of my contract with iKhokhq and I realised I can still return their machine and get another one or opt for a refund. I took the refund option. I was told I would get my money back last week, I am still waiting till thiis moment. iKhokha consistenly Disappoints
