IKhokha Card Machine Unreliable!
I bought an IKhokha card machine a year ago, I experienced issues with the card machine while charging it. It gave a systems error message. There was no solution to a problem I had with IKhokha, IKhokha does not give repairs services and therefore I cannot refer this product to anyone. Actually it is appalling that I am being told to purchase a new card machine. They refuse to take it in for repairs.

We would like to inform you that repairing the machine would cost as much as buying a new one. Therefore, if the machine is still under warranty, we replace it, and if not, we suggest that the merchant purchase a new machine.
