iKhokha - be careful before you sign

Signed up in June 2020 Was promised preferential rates for different cards in addition to other benefits

Made numerous follow ups with sales agent over the last few months Just empty promises received

Even tried contacted sales agents supervisor Does not respond to email or return calls

Even logged a ticket on support@ikhokha No response from iKhokha

As they deduct their commission upfront, there is not much you can do to stop paying them

Very dissatisfied with service levels Would not recommend this company
