Ikhokha a definite no no!

I have had endless issues with my ikhokha solo shaker machine. At first, I jad charging issues and when I brought it to the attention of ikhokha, they said that I should take it to a cellphone shop to test. When I gave feedback they said that I should get a video. After all that, the ******* machine does not work and gets stuck all the time. Ikhokha will not accept responsibility for an inferior quality machine and will instead give its clients the run around. The after sales service sucks, the machine sucks and if I had to give advice, dont ever get an ikhokha machine
