Ikhoka what a dismal failure.

It is the worst business deal I ever attempted. I wanted to buy the other franchise machine, and to my sorrow ai listened to the Makro salesman to rather take this unit. Maybe it was a better commission. Since purchase on 3 May I am still not connected I can not utilize the business. Leaving messages or calling them yield no response. I was told a specific account person will contact me. I am still waiting 3 days later for this consultant to call me. I do not want the system and will definitely return the unit tomorrow for their competitor brand.
