Ikhoka very poor start

Bought the machine and signed up. Was told everything was good to go and we could start trading with our new machine! 6 trading days later we have yet to receive a cent of our card income as we aren’t FICA’’d ! Ikhoka asked for a further document after 5 days of trading and use this as an excuse as to why we haven’t been paid! Also added a second excuse of ‘every time we pay you it bounces back’ Very contradictory as I was given the second excuse before the fica one! What a terrible start to a new ‘relationship’
