Ikhoka poor service

I bought a charger for my Ikhoka shaker for delivery .There is no way you can trace the status of your delivery as Ikhoka simply doesn't answer their phones or e-mails .They promise a call back but it doesn't happen . How can you trust such a company with your money ? They doesn't even respond on support calls
