Ikhoka Mover Pro!!! Packs up and they "Cant" do anything

My machine stopped working, came up with an error code that says "System Error!" "Invalid Keys!" Ikhoka cannot help because I am out of warranty. Also stated that the machine was tampered with.... it is kept in the box permanently and I ONLY take it out when necessary! So it breaks, just because!!! and then they expect you to buy a NEW ONE! Not very happy that all the consultant can do is PASS ON THE FEEDBACK. I would rather accept EFT and cash only if this is the attitude and there is no after sale service!
