Ikhoka is not fast and easy

I bought an Ikhokha Flyer for my new venture, startup went great and i waited for 24 hours after setup to test my new till point. Disappointment its not working, i then see that i must send a photo of the serial number to Ikhokha, i sent the serial number as per instruction and also typed it in the mail to be sure. They responded asking for a photo............... i started to worry because the photo was in the mail, so i resend the same photo. they then responded asking for photos of the shop and stock, i do airport transfers there is no stock to show, i sent a mail explaining this. so it has taken more than a week to get this thing linked to my profile. Ikhokha have you read your quick start guide? do you even know what fast and easy means? Do you have any idea the amount of work and time that goes into running a small business? and now i have to sit and write on hello peter to get attention? is it not easier to do it right first time?
