Ikhoka??? I***a??
I have ordered a car machine 10 days ago and still haven't received it. That's the one problem, thee other problem is you cant get hold of anyone on the phone line. This is terrible service cant they just let me know what's going on like all other places? Before you order a machine think twice as the service is terrible!!!!

11 Sept 2020, 11:01I have been contacted by Ikhoka's rep Sasha-Lee Singh and was told she would see to it that the issue will be resolved by her immediately. I have send all the info she needed.
Time has passed and still up to now I had no response from her.
I have a small business and I depend on my paying customers so at the moment I cant help 70% of my customers. I have canceled my previous service provider, so now I am stuck.
I am fed-up with empty promises.

I have been contacted by Ikhoka's rep Sasha-Lee Singh and was told she would see to it that the issue will be resolved by her immediately. I have send all the info she needed.
Time has passed and still up to now I had no response from her.
