Ikhoka doesn't pay!!

Good Day. To any business owners out there that are considering purchasing an iKhokha machine, let me help to make the best decision regarding card machines: get any machine other than the iKhokha range! It is not quicker or painless as they promise. Due to poor administration on their part I lost out on 2 weekends of card sales at my shop. Finally got everything working for a brief few days when the machine stopped working. A replacement came a day later than promised. And neither the courier, nor iKhokha advised that the old machine must be handed to the courier before the new machine would be given to me. To the idiot who told me this is obvious, she needs a lesson in customer service. It is obvious the old machine needs to be returned, however, how must I guess that the same courier must collect collect the old machine, unless I am advised as such? If I gave the machine to unauthorized persons and it was lost, that would be my fault. By the same obvious reasoning, it was patently obvious that the machine must be delivered to my shop. The address is obvious to me. However, iKhokha did not confirm and delivered to another address. Delivery could then not be completed because the old machine could not be swapped. So in conclusion, stuff them and their inefficient organisation. It doesn't pay to use iKhokha
