iK Flyer Card Machine cannot show product descriptions.

Lack of transparency with their iK Flyer Card Machine. Bought this machine to replace my mover as I thought it would be easier not to use my phone. The iK Flyer does not support description of goods on receipts. They advertise on their website that the machine prints receipts but what's the use with no description. This makes it super difficult to track sales. I did enquire about this when I purchased the machine a month ago with no feedback.
