I would like to write a review about iKhokha

I would like to write a review about iKhokha. I am extremely disappointed in the service received from Ikhokha. I purchased my machine on the 22nd February. To this day I have received a run around on the FICA and approval of my account, meanwhile they have happily banked the money made on the machine. I have had to get back to them and ask them weekly on the staus of my accoun with the standard answer, we will get back to you, but thry never do. I requested that this all be sorted today and my funds transferred...and still the standard answer of we will get back to you. Ask to speak to a manager, hark and behold...the run around, they are unavailable. There is no customer service and no doing what they say they will do. You always need to follow up and get no reply, get put on hold while they apparently check your profile. This is disappointing and disgusting. I am extremely disappointed and would recommend if you are looking at purchasing the machine...rather go somewhere else if you value customer satisfaction and fast service.
