I would like to commend and appreciate Mpundelo from Ikhokha support . Mpendulo was helpful to resolve a query that has been pending for almost 2 months .He was patient and willing to go extra miles with the merchant .He provided follow up calls to give update on the status of the query and still kept us on the loop eith ETA and process . Thank you Mpendulo for giving us sn excellent service .You have served us with pride and dignity. I wish we could have a lot of you .You didnt concentrate on the numbers or your target but customer first as we took half of your schedule time and you were still serving us with pride and smile.
