I was promised a refund over a month ago and I am still waiting a month later

I was promised a refund on the 20th because you **** about your charges and charged me for data I did not even use.

Today is the 2nd of November and I still have not received my refund instead I keep getting calls and emails promising my refund which I have not received. This issue has been going on for over a month now and I am really fed up.

This is not what I signed up for.

I want to cancel this thing. This is not the service I signed up nor is it the service you claim to provide.

More so, you have not met your contractual obligations. I need you to come take back your machine and give me back my money because you are unable to deliver the service you said you would provide me for buying the machine.
