I want my referral to get their machines that they paid for around December and also get my bonus that I was supposed to get January

Good day leaders please help me here, submitted about 28 applications around December and Ziggy went on the leave without processing and he told me he will only come back on the 5th of January, on the 5th I was told he will only come back on the 26th and people were already on my case they wanted their speed points because I told them it will take about 5-7days to receive the machine.... I called the office then they give me a new consultant to submit to I resubmitted everything on the 12th of 15th of January ( I didn't get any referral bonus January even though I submitted December) okay I resubmitted everything to Shalom and when I asked when will I receive my bonus because I was supposed to get paid January he said I'll have to wait 30days after people received their machines okay but that was strange because my friend received her bonus for me before I received the machine... Like now I'm still waiting Submitted everything people paid around December but even now they are waiting and Shalom is not even answering me Ziggy blocked me.... Submitted 28 applications but only got paid R1500 today... Please help what can I do for people to get their machines and also to receive the money that I worked for
