I spoke to Kevashan right now..and he really is the only person that solved my issue.. because i was angry and started off angry but in the manner that he dealt with the issue.. very good..and i am happy with the outcome.. because this issue has been going on for weeks..and somebody at ikhoka was not doing their job 5 stars for Kevashan
